History

Founded in 1992, PT Karyaterang Sedati began its journey on approximately 2 hectares of land in Sedati, Sidoarjo – East Java. Under the Camel brand, the company initially focused its production on OPP Tape, and has since continued to grow in line with market needs and industry dynamics.

As part of its commitment to innovation, PT Karyaterang Sedati expanded its product line by manufacturing Release Liners and Labelstock, marking a significant step in product diversification. In the year 2000, the company made a strategic move by adopting solventless silicon technology, enhancing the quality and efficiency of its labelstock products while supporting environmentally friendly practices.

The spirit of innovation continued in 2016 with the launch of our new brand, "Camel Digiprint", which focuses on Digital Printing Media to meet the demands of the modern printing industry.

To reach a broader national market—particularly the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek)—PT Karyaterang Sedati opened a branch office and Slitting Station in Jakarta in 2018, strengthening its distribution network and customer service capabilities.

In response to increasing market demand, the company took another major step by establishing a new manufacturing facility in Balongbendo – Sidoarjo, as part of its expansion strategy and efforts to boost production capacity.
